Ages 8 - 12
Mondays 6-7 PM
Youth Speed and Strength: Preseason Program. Proper form and technique will precede any weight bearing or higher intensity movements. Workouts will be centered around power, speed, stability, agility and pre/post game routines. Athletes will be put in competitive drills to help with confidence and decision making.
