Our clinics are designed to give athletes focused, high-energy training in a group setting. From hitting to fielding and specialty skills, each clinic delivers professional instruction, game-speed reps, and the tools players need to compete at their best.
Whether you’re looking to sharpen mechanics, build confidence, or prepare for the next season, our clinics provide an opportunity to learn, develop, and level up alongside other motivated athletes.
Foundations Clinics
Open to outside athletes looking to build fundamental skills, improve technique, anddevelopconfidencethrough structured training.
Saturday Foundations Clinics — Session 1
Dates: November 21 – January 9
Duration: 8 Weeks
Hitting Clinic (Ages 6U–12U)
📅 Saturdays, 12–1 PM
A fundamental hitting clinic focused on proper stance, swing mechanics, and consistent contact. Players will work on rhythm, balance, and building confidence at the plate.

Fielding Clinic (Ages 6U–12U)
📅 Saturdays, 1–2 PM
A defensive skills clinic covering footwork, glove work, throwing accuracy, and situational awareness. Players will improve their overall defensive fundamentals and learn how to approach each play with confidence.

Grind Athletes Only
Designed exclusively for Grind athletes. Focused on advanced skill development, high-leveltraining,andcontinued performance growth.
Hitting Lab — Session 1
Dates: November 30 – December 23
Duration: 4 Weeks
This advanced hitting clinic focuses on swing efficiency, pitch recognition, and developing power through proper movement patterns. Smaller groups, more reps, and a higher coach-to-player ratio provide a highly individualized training environment.
Junior Hitting Lab (Ages 8U–10U)
📅 Mondays & Wednesdays, 6–7 PM
Elite Hitting Lab (11u-13u)
📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6–7 PM
Price: $400 (must commit to 2x per week)

CATCHING CLINIC WITH PATRICK WINKEL
A native of Orange, CT and graduate of Amity Regional High School, Patrick had a standout career at UConn before being selected by the Minnesota Twins in the 9th round of the 2021 MLB Draft. He brings a wealth of high-level playing experience and knowledge of the game, particularly in hitting and catching, and will be working with our athletes this offseason.
A great opportunity for athletes looking for a semi-private training experience in a small-group setting, working on blocking, receiving, footwork and more.
