Youth Speed/Strength Class

Designed to introduce basic strength, speed, agility and power to youth athletes (ages 8-12).

Semi-Private Training

New Semi-Private training designed to provide a custom experience. Small groups of 8-10 max per training hour. 

This program includes:

  • Customized Program (monthly)

  • 8-10 athletes max per hour

  • 10% Discount on Klean Athlete & FitAid Products

  • Basic meal plan

  • January Training: MON-THURS 7-8 PM; SAT 9-10 AM

1x/week                                   $180/month (4 sessions)

2x/week                                             $320/Month (8 sessions)

3x/week                                     $450/month (12 Sessions)


NEW: Open Gym Membership

  • Access to the Grind Strength Open Hours

  • Customized training program

  • Ability to train up to 5x/week

  • High quality equipment, plenty of training space=no more waiting around!

  • HOURS: MON-THURS 3-6 PM, SATURDAY 12-3 PM

  • Price: $75/month or $60/month (3-month commitment


The Strong Kitchen

  • Prepared meal service

  • Delivered directly to The Grind

  • Plenty of options designed to fit your goals (muscle gain, performance and fat loss)

  • Creative sides and breakfast options (protein bites, oatmeals and breakfast burritos)

  • Order Monday-Wednesday for following week pickup
