Individual Trainer Sessions

Youth Speed/Strength Class

Designed to introduce basic strength, speed, agility and power to youth athletes (ages 10-13). 

September 12th-October 17th (6 weeks)

Wednesdays 5-6 PM

Semi-Private Training

New Semi-Private training designed to provide a custom experience. Small groups of 4-6 max per training hour. 

This program includes:

  • Customized Program (monthly)

  • 4-6 athletes max per hour

  • 10% Discount on Klean Athlete & FitAid Products

  • Basic meal plan

  • October Training: MON/TUES/THURS 8-9 PM

1x/week                                   $180/month (4 sessions)

2x/week                                             $320/Month (8 sessions)

3x/week                                     $450/month (12 Sessions)

Online Coaching

  • Customized Training Programs

  • 1-on-1 support via email

  • Two training levels; basic and comprehensive

  • 10% off Klean Athlete and FitAid products

  • Designed for all individuals (youth and adult)
