Individual Trainer Sessions

Adult Fitness Class
Fun, fast paced class implementing different fitness styles. Designed to challenge all levels of fitness!
Monthly (schedule changes monthly)
Saturdays 8-9 AM (Starting November 23rd)
$15/Class or $60/5 classes
Semi-Private training designed to provide a custom experience. Small groups of 6-8 max per training hour.

Speed, agility, quickness and reaction
Proper running form and acceleration drills
