Youth Speed and Strength Program

Designed to introduce basic strength, speed, agility and power to youth athletes (ages 10-13). 

May 2nd-May. 30th (5 weeks)
Wednesdays 5-6 PM

5 Weeks


Summer Strength Program

Summer training for 13-18U athletes. Training designed to improve all areas of athletic performance. 

This program includes:

  • AM and/or PM training sessions
  • Customized group programming
  • 10% Discount on Klean Athlete & FitAid Products

Training Hours: Mon/Wed 10-11 AM; Tues/Thurs 8-9 PM

Dates: Starting 7/2; ending 8/9
